    • Digiwaw.com reserves the right to check the product key for Activation details within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, after the purchase, digiwaw.com has the right to refuse a refund, since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.

    • Due to the nature of Digital Products, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the purchased item, or the inability of your computer to run said product normally, all crashes and bugs are sent to the provider and maker of the said product.

    • The legal right of withdrawal is not justified. At the moment you make a purchase, you agree to direct delivery, thereby losing the right to cancel. If you think that you do qualify for a refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@digiwaw.com.

    • As the customer satisfaction is our priority, so we do our best to provide the best service for our customers. You can return the item within 30 days in these cases:

  • Item doesn’t work as described.
  • Item doesn’t match the description.
  • Unsolved issue with an Item.
